Jim Busby
Jim Busby began practicing law in Tucson in 1972. Jim was born and raised in Tucson and attended his first three years of high school in Tucson. He attended his senior year of high school in Casa Grande, Arizona, and then returned to Tucson to complete his undergraduate and law school studies. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in May, 1972 and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in September of 1972.
During his first several years practicing law Jim was involved in a general practice including general litigation, family law, criminal law, business/corporate law, and personal injury and wrongful death litigation. In approximately 1985 Jim began to devote his practice exclusively to injury and wrongful death litigation. As an injury and wrongful death specialist all of Jim’s professional efforts are directed towards helping individuals and families who have been injured or have otherwise suffered due to someone else’s wrongful actions.
Jim’s A.V. rating by Martindale-Hubbell is the highest rating available for legal ability and ethical standards.
Married since 1967, Jim and his wife, Marilyn, have four children and twelve grandchildren.
Jim is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Pima County Bar Association, and he is a sustaining member and has been on the board of directors of the Arizona Association for Justice, also known as the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.

Michael Bell
Michael Bell was born in 1958 in a small town in central Minnesota. After attending grade school, high school and two years of college in Minnesota, he ventured to Arizona where he finished his undergraduate degree in Anthropology and graduated from The University of Arizona College of Law in May, 1983.
Mike was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in October 1983 when he began his practice with Jim Busby in the firm then named Hayes, Busby & McCracken, P.C. In his first five years of practicing law, Mike was involved in family law, collections and general civil litigation.
In approximately 1988 Mike began to devote his practice almost exclusively to injury and wrongful death litigation and insurance litigation. Mike has taken a special interest in insurance coverage questions.
Mike is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Pima County Bar Association, Arizona Association for Justice, also known as the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the St. Thomas More Society of Southern Arizona.
Mike and his wife Kathy have been married since August 1981 and have four children and four grandchildren. Kathy and Mike enjoyed many years of participating in a program helping prepare engaged couples for marriage which was sponsored through their church. They are now involved in a foundation that promotes awareness of the need for blood donation and bone marrow registration as well as assists families with children battling life threatening illnesses. Richard "Moe" Biggs
Richard “Moe” Biggs was born in 1960 in Greeley, Colorado. Richard was nicknamed Moe by his father soon after birth and has carried that nickname ever since. Moe was raised on a ranch/farm in northeastern Colorado but attended school in the Nebraska panhandle in the town of Kimball. He graduated from high school in 1978 and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska in 1982. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School in 1986. For a short period of time, Moe practiced in Western Nebraska but then moved to Tucson, Arizona and started working with the law firm then known as Busby & McCracken. He has been practicing in Arizona with the same firm since 1987.
Moe is admitted to both the Arizona and Nebraska State Bar Associations as well as the United States District Courts for both jurisdictions. In addition he has been admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Moe is married to Jennifer Biggs who is employed at a local hospital in Tucson. They have two boys.
